MUNICIPAL ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
Paddock Lake, and Asphalt Contractors will begin the 2024 Street Improvements Project on Monday June 6, 2024, and will be completing the resurfacing portion of the project the middle of September.
The purpose of this road improvement project is to mill/grind the asphalt pavement compromised by potholes and replace the surface with new pavement.
Project Scope: The project scope includes grinding/milling deteriorated pavement and resurfacing with new asphalt pavement. The project will be addressing numerous streets throughout the Village (See Attached Exhibit) and includes 248th Ave. from 67th Street South to 68th Street and 248th Ave. from 65th Street North to 60th Street. All disturbed driveways, sidewalks, streets, and lawn areas will be restored upon completion.
The public and users of these roads can expect to see temporary road closures within the construction project area. Roadwork ahead signs will be prominently displayed to alert traffic to use alternate village roads.
Construction Project timeline: The project is expected to begin Monday June 6, 2024, with substantial completion by Friday September 27, 2024.
