How do I pay taxes in the village? — The village collects the first or full portion of real estate taxes and the full portion of personal property taxes at the Village Hall. Full or first installments are due on or before Jan. 31. The tax bills are mailed from the Kenosha County Treasurers office. These are generally mailed about the 15th of December. The village is unable to give you the amount of your taxes before you receive your tax bill. Kenosha County does have a website where property Inquiry can be made. You may inquire by the property address or parcel number. The information contained on this page includes the property owner’s name, address, property description, special assessments, tax amounts, tax delinquencies, and property sale dates.
Pay your taxes online: ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL JANUARY 31ST
REMINDER: When preparing your State of Wisconsin Income Tax return or licensing your vehicles, show the Village of Paddock Lake as your place of residence. It affects village revenues and taxes. Your district number is 30-54 and your School District number is 5068. Certain fees, bills and assessments which remain unpaid by November of each year, are put on the tax roll. These also include penalties. The lottery credit amount for each school district is included in the total tax due on each tax parcel that qualifies and is a primary residence. If you did not get a lottery credit and feel you are entitled to it, contact the Village Clerk-Treasurer at (262) 843-2713 or the County Treasurer at (262) 653-2542.
